By accessing or using Trendz Collection, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, images, and prices at any time without notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We are not responsible for typographical errors in product listings.
4. Order Processing
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, errors in product information, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled by us.
5. Payment
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf. For COD orders, you must have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if multiple previous COD orders were refused.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Trendz Collection — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Trendz Collection or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Post offensive, defamatory, or harmful content in reviews
- Engage in scraping, crawling, or data mining activities
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendz Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products purchased.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trendz Collection, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
